Hide Effects

There are way too many fancy affects and things in this game now and the lag that comes from them is ridiculous. We need an option to hide each individual effect, from favor, chi, soul aura, sperions and pets, they all make it laggy and on the other version of the game they have the option to turn the individual ones off. Turning off players is useless because their auras and sperion still reappear the second they use a skill. Maybe adding something like this in the setting menu would make things alot easier.

I really have the need for this option. The lag is extreme at times and when you attack and your character doesn't attack at all it's hilarious frustrating.

I doubt there is anyone who would object to this, personally I think it is really needed. That said be sure to leave space to add in new effects as they are released- while people would leave them on for a little while to see them I'm sure most would turn them off when they are doing things.

Also add Beast Soul to the list- you forgot that one.

if they not gonna use this idea of him.. wich is a great one. they should've make things that asks a lot, some pc or laptops aren't ment for a couple of 100 players swooching their lag over them. and it's not the players their vault, and yes we fancy all the shiny new things, and auro and blablabla, but they also need to make something against the lag... so if there would be a poll made of this tread, i would copy it and keep annoying my server ^^ untill they also gave their opinion ^^

This is also a great idea as well would be nice to hide effects in the game to your preferences

Couldn't agree more with this idea we really need something to hide all the different effects.

Could possibly have 2 versions of hide options.

1st being similar to costumes where each player can hide or show there own effects and that's how all other players see them.

2nd option would be a more advanced version of the hide players option we have now so that even if other players don't want to hide there effects you can hide them on your own screen.

Main thing is these options need to permanently hide the effect and not have them keep popping up when you already have them turned off.

You could possibly go even further by choosing what level of effect you want from the ones you have unlocked.
If you have maxed wings then you could choose from any appearance you like from glowing to promethian.
If you maxed soul/favor you can pick what level aura you want to show.
Mount, Beast soul, Pixie, Sperion. if you have upgraded them then you can pick any previous appearance.
I do not think this will deceive players making them look weaker than they are since there are some systems like tenet that give huge stat boosts with no change in appearance and if you want to see how strong they really are you can still view them to see stats.
