Character Customisation?

I haven't been on since beta testing, and decided to log into my old account, i found everything i look around still nearly the same. What i mean is every character is still have the same look. I would have thought by now, since the game has gone into rapid growth and being all well known and all that at least some of the character customization features could have been implemented so we can give our old boring character looks some lets say *unique* look. i'd love to see a new implementation of character customization, and i think other would too.
