FTR, the marriage time thing has ALWAYS been an issue since marriage came out. People complained and yet nothing changed. EVENTUALLY your server will quiet down and you will be able to get married. I was on Twilight Caverns and it took FOREVER for me and Codawg to get married there (had a normal wedding, couldn't book til noon). Surprisingly it was a different story when we swapped servers.
