It been 6 weeks since the gem upgrade release but players with higher level gems cant upgrade their gems.

So please help us about this issue.

many players is in holiday and probably is a ugly moment for vote,in any case players that have (immaculate gems no bound)... not can upgrade at example for ruby. the question is where find pink diamond no bound ?

the easy way is the gem coupon exchange at immaculate gems bound.


i hope this be accept by devs because players that have working alot for do the gems not can upgrade.

Unfortunately not. We've constantly pestered the team to consider this suggestion, and we've hit dead ends every time. At this point, it isn't likely they'll ever implement it.

This is isn't like brain surgery - the coupon exchanges already exist so the bulk of the coding is already done, just need to add the options for perfect and immaculate. Where I come from this is called "low hanging fruit" - desired change, easy to achieve, relatively minor coding to add to the menu = SATISFIED PAYING CUSTOMERS.
