    New server playing in Moscow time suggestion

    Hello,
    Could I suggest a new server in Moscow or a new server working like Moscow time (GMT+4) please?
    If this sounds like a stupid suggestion, please never mind me.

    R2 only has a license for North American timezones for Crystal Saga, so that wouldn't work, unless you mean for Wartune
