i had a lvl 8 rank 2 guild dropped in my lap recently, and while ive been learning the control panel i made note of a couple ways you could improve the guilds member ranking system.... anyway the idea is this, add some more ranks within the guilds and make promotions up to but not including ASST. Guild master, determined by either Battle rating and/or total contrib. so say add a few like lieutenant Guild officer and the like,and set it to where they will recieve the rank automatically at the next maintenance,or every day,however ya like i guess. But leave the Assistant guild master in the hands of the Guild Master to choose and maybe even guild officer.. the idea came because the guild i inherited has quite alot of members in various ranges of contrib and BR, and there simply arent enough ranks in existence currently to reward them accordingly by their work and activity. Its just a suggestion that i believe is a good idea. wether or not you decide to run with it is all up to you guys.. there needs to be a rank or more between member and guild officer.wether they are earned automatically or assigned by the guild master thats a whatever kind of thing.lol. but anyway,theres my idea thanks for letting me yammer for a minute.
