suggestion: IOB entrance

It's been basically a week of going into IOB and being disconnected in the middle of it.

Can't the entrance be fixed to allow people with the rain buff to re-enter? This is getting really annoying and it is crippling my toon.

can u pleasemake IOB like sengolia...so that players who have already logged and and started receiving blessed rain can reenter
