Just wondering if there would be any way to create a tighter link between player and currently used pet that when player goes into AFK mode, pet goes into Attack mode automatically.. and when player turns off AFK, pet goes into Follow mode. Just an idea for those pets that attack when player isn't fighting anyone.

I would want that to be an optional setting. Pets only attack when you attack or are attacked whether or not afk mode is active. PVP isn't done in afk mode, so I definitely wouldn't want my pet on follow for those fights.
My pet kills mobs in aggro zones while I'm trying to teleport back to town or doing harvest quests without me having to stop and find a clear area so a mob doesn't interrupt the process.
Not to mention those unfortunate times when you are away for longer than you have afk time for in a zone with aggro mobs. The pet will continue to kill the mobs that attack you, which means you continue to gain exp and have a better chance of staying alive if those mobs actually hurt you.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5

There are times when fighting in AFK mode where I don't want my pet to attack, such as in ladder, due to not wanting the pet to AOE or wanting to save the stun for when it's needed and whatnot.
It's not a bad suggestion, just pointing out why manually setting the follow or attack option is beneficial and if it were to automatically change that status then I would want to see it as an option that can be toggled on and off, like with the health/mana orbs.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
