Update Champions Bluff Dungeon Teleports

Champions Bluff teleport NPC offers teleport to the 3 original dungeons of Revenant's Vault, Blood Coliseum, and Sacrificial Relics. However, as the game has grown and new dungeons been added and level caps raised, this really is of little benefit at all.

Can we get options for teleports to Killer's Den, Psychedelica, Exelorn's Hollow, Purgatory and the Underdark.

Especially for the Underdark and Purgatory which are extremely long runs for slow loading machines.

Realizing this probably wont get much support, but please consider.

A port to the underdark would be incredibly useful. It's a long, lonely jog to it.
