well i had a few ideas for when a new server can be put up and as posted in a few of the previous threads i think that yes, seng should be set up by levels 30-65 60-79 and have scions and higher have their own seng. if you would please contact me if your a modorator i would also like to ask you a few questions if possible. thanks
