Cross-Server pvp

There should be a a cross server pvp event for a week every year. I'd like to c Tails(1st) vs Madoka(2nd)*incoming haters*(I listed both of them by all their stats without buffs,blessing,pots . . .etc)and no i didn't just look at both of their patk/matk and decide . . .since thats what most people do
The event should wipe all buffs(other than your class buffs)
Death Odor not allowed for obvious reasons(dun hate)
Not sure about how many attempts you can have since it's a bunch of people.
And a way 2 show replays of he battle.
