Recharging issue

Well , since if you don't recharge , you're forever a weak player compared to those who recharge , A BIG TIME ( not your fault , just saying )
In my country ( Algeria ) , the only recharging options you propose are impossible for most of us
so i really would like you to add a phone billing option since some countries ( France for example ) got that option , therefore they have more advantage , which will be soo much helpful , and it's easier to everyone
