Im a level 53 Eidolon and cant get sperion because im not level 75 yet to go farm the monsters and the only way to get there is by getting fallen angel rebirth quest witch is by luck i think there should be somthing to teleport you there if you dont have sperion yet because its unfair to have to level to 75 again to get it or get fallen angel rebirth quest

The Sperion is a very powerful equipment and intended for players at high level. Still, a suggestion is a suggestion. It will be looked upon if implementation is to be approved.

if it is intended for players at a high level then you shouldn't have made it for scion + you should have made it for scion 75+ you should have thought about that before you added the feature you cant make it for a scion + what if you are a level 10 scion just rebirthed the feature is pointless and useless to you

Get Fallen Angel Rebirth Pack quest and you can teleport to Heavenly Isle regardless of your level.

dont really understand what abram is saying but apart from using the fallen angel quest if u have a spouse lv75+ u can make them go there and then u teleport to them using ur ring

there`s another way btw... marry a lvl 75+ then let him/her go to seira island then use the marriage teleportation ring..

getting married on my server isnt as easy as you think most of the active people are already married so thats not a option either and i know if i get fallen angel i can go there but its a chance on getting it

im level 27 scion with fallen angel quest, but i can go to seira island cos it says need level 75, did i do something wrong? or i need to take down fallen angel?

Go to Tyria Village and speak to the Goddess of Fate, use the teleport-function of "Go to Floran Everglades" and then you should be in the Heavenly Isles, able to complete the sperion-quest.
