guys if you make lvl9 marshal insignia why don't you make lvl9 slayer set also

the op is not talking about player lvl... The insignia it self has a lvl if you talk to the npc again you can exchange badges to lvl the insignia

besides slayers don't even have lvls just savage and slayer tiers :P
