Discord or Teamspeak

Could we possibly get an R2games discord or Teamspeak? The ticket system has been more and more frustrating to use and the forum is not exactly private. More issues have been popping up, but R2games are not even listening to us and taking our advice seriously. We want the game to improve, not sky rocket out of the sky like a falling meteorite. Please, please, just give us something to work with so everyone can help make these games better.

R2 will not be doing live chat support. If you have an issue that can't or shouldn't be discussed publicly, you can pm any moderator. If you need a ticket forwarded, you can either post your character name and server with a brief description of your issue or send it in a pm to any moderator.

If you have a game bug to report, please prepare appropriate screenshots, and either post a bug report thread, or send it in a pm to any moderator if said bug should not be publicly posted. It is up to the developer to fix the bugs. Some bugs take longer to fix than others, however the more clear and complete the information regarding the bug, the faster it will be resolved.

If you have suggestions, those need to be posted in a forum thread, and supported by other players, in order to be forwarded as a popular suggestion that a majority of players would like to see. Not all suggestions are possible, acceptance is entirely up to the developer, and implementation of accepted suggestions can months or longer to make their way into the game. We do not receive feedback from the developer on whether a suggestion is accepted or not.

The only problem is R2 will not fix any issues, especially those that they made. There are a lot of issues that have yet to be resolved. And after you wait for a month for an issue to be fixed. Your ticket get automatically closed even after you sent in replies to see how the issue is going. Yea, some help R2 staffs are.

They've fixed several issues. I don't see any reports from you posted on the forum to follow up with any specific issues you have been having.

What about all those players that lost their wings, have they gotten their wings back? No, including my alternative account. I logged it in yesterday only to see that the glitch bug where any items are showing 0 of the items are gone. But no wings, not even a quest to renew it.

Is this alt the same one from the post here? Was a ticket sent in about that? Everyone else should have been resolved already. You will need to include which wings were lost, and it's especially helpful to post which wings were lost, along with the character name and server.
