Should Make Way How To Make lv 80 Orange Set Into lv 100 Orange Set

This is just one of my idea, since now my 80 orange set gonna go to trash bin, aka no use after lvl 120 cap released and lv 100 orange set. why not making way to turn lv 80 orange set gear into lv 100 orange set gear, instead to let em rotten and going wasted just like that.
