Starglade Tour Lvl 30-39

Hello, I have a suggestion that involves the Starglade Tour NPC named Natalie, she should have a blue exclamation point just like the Starglade Guard that gives the Daily Hunt quests because if you are a new player and don't read the Events they wouldn't see it at all. It happened to me the first time I played this game. I only started doing Starglade Tours at lvl 38 because of that. So I think they should add a blue exclamation point for players Lvl 30-39 to avoid confusion and to obtain some extra honor .
