We almost did, when they were first released. The only reason their stats are regularly high is because their devs added an extra 0 to their base stat while we do not; think of it as base inflation. Other than having exaggerated numbers, it makes no real difference because if their toons ever came here, they would lose that inflation and vice versa.

As for red gear, CSII has them.

Were costume enchantments ever considered? I saw +20 costumes with tons of stats.
