I really don't know if this should go in bug reports or in suggestions as some are bugs, some are not.
After playing with shifter for awhile, the class has potential to be good... but there's some bugs/serious problems that make it a joke, and not in a good way.
First problem: MP consumption. Shifters have 4 skills that can be put in afk, 2 of which have % max mp costs to use. Get into dungeons where the bosses take 30-40 seconds to kill, your MP is gone if you use them, as the strongest mana potion in the game (Godly mana potion, lvl 120 req) restores 254 mp ever 3 seconds. You put any work into tenants/holy favor, 1% mp can easilly be a 2000 mp cost. Potions simply can't restore that much. The other two Magic Attack based classes, Priest and Mage, all have skills to help recover from high MP costs (Angel's Blessing and Mana Breeze respectively.) Shifters get nothing. We're left with mana orbs and blessed stones as the only really viable way of restoring MP, and those are very easy to blow through. Add in the fact that some of the skills in shifted form have costs of up to 5% max mp, dungeons become a matter of "kill a boss, sit around until mp refills"... it's highly frustrating in comparison to every other class who majority of skills are have a fixed cost and can use them without worry of running out of MP in a short period of time.
Second Problem: Frag weapon. Where to start with shifter frag, it's got all kinds of problems. A shifter's immortal auguric is divided into two tiers of 5 levels each, the first one (equivalent of immortal auguric levels 1-5) is called Chaos Auguric. The second tier (equivalent to immortal aug levels 6-10) is called Ancient Auguric. When upgrading Chaos Auguric to Ancient Auguric, if you took the time and resources to refine your the weapon to fuse it, it will go away and you lose your refine and fuse upon making Ancient Auguric. That's alot of fragarach refinement crystals down the drain for nothing. Also when upgrading from Chaos Aug to Ancient Aug, the level requirement jumps from 30 (which is standard for a fragarach weapon) to level 80. So congrats, you took the time to upgrade your frag to high levels then rebirth, you can't even use it in low level events such as dragonspine, treasure trove, nether, etc until you get back up past lvl 80. Yet another problem that occurs when upgrading from Chaos Auguric to Ancient Auguric is that the passive bloodcry (The one that will take big chunks of HP off a mob) stops working. I would like to note that everything about frag works fine through Chaos Auguric, all the problems being when upgrading it to Ancient Auguric.
Third Problem: There's a few skills that have the luxury of letting passive debuffs from say... sperion, frag, and elementals affect the shifter. The skills are Flamedramon form's Infeno Lotus and Cerberus Form's predator. Both allow things such as the slowdown from demonic gift sperion combo (which is supposed to affect anything that attacks the character), frag's sunder, and even a character's Death Spirit in elementals to affect a shifter. It's awesome dying in ladder when you're at full health on a floor that otherwise doesn't hurt you from using a skill and death spirit goes off.
Fourth problem: Skills in shifted form being permanently stuck on the seperate bar that appears when shifting. Skills in shifted form are permanently stuck on the 9 0 - I K and L keys. Cant move them into better ones, can't rearrange them, can't put them in afk. These hotkeys make PVP hard as the autotarget key is the ` key left of the 1 key. It causes a lot of hand jumping around the keyboard. Not being able to put them in afk is managable, but it's a matter of fairness between classes. The 6 other classes can put their skills in afk, why is a shifter limited to 4 skills in afk?
