s13 became a ghost town but there is still some players active ,can't we be transfer to a new server?

on cs2 they merged a west with a east server iirc so do it here :^) make all pve east, maybe then can actually make some gold since 4 people hoarding all gold in the server since so inactive and trades r hard since people like to use x items due ot low supply (s12 group)
