Okay so there are a number of concerns about this game on my behalf and a few others whom I have spoken with over the duration of my time here. Ultimately what it boils down to is a failure on your part R2 to provide a gaming environment worth actually playing. You could do so much more with the game and I'm not sure what exactly is holding up progress. Ill include a couple of pictures in order to emphasize my point later on. For now lets just get started with the basics that you've heard a hundred times over and will continue to hear until you do something about the bulls**t you're pulling.
Serious suggestion(Think about it):
Make Soul Shards and other item shop items available via dungeon hunting and make them all tradeable, yes tradeable soul sards. A way to reduce the flooding of the market would be to make them only drop .001% or something minimal like that on bosses killed within your level range,10 lvls and reducing % chance to drop the farther away from the level you are. This will allow for the filtering of items intot he game from the item shop without an overabundance. Thus reducing the stress somewhat for players and allowing you to continue to make money as well.
Suggestion:
Arena Style/Tournament style pvp event daily. Sign up within a certain level bracket ie: 40-50, 50-60. 60-70, 70-80 and then 80+. Winner getting a prize of either Xtal or item shop items, doesn't have to be much but something to encourage participation. This will allow for a more balanced pvp event and allow skirmishes to occur in the interims with honor awarded per kill between tourneys. I should have given this more thought before posting but it's an idea.
I'll post back with more again later hopefully this gets some attention.
Okay first off lets begin with server issues:
Malevolent Threats posed against your players -
I've noticed, and a whole lot of other people as well, your failure to respond to almost any issue that arises on your servers, with the exception of account security, I admit you get a +1 for that. I'm not implying you give cashers a free pass to do whatever the hell they want, I'm saying it seems to me and a whole lot of other people that you really couldnt care less about what goes on on the servers. I myself have been the product of threats to my person and I have witnessed many others on numerous occasions have their lives threatened or physical harm to them for no reason at all, simply because they could pvp better than anyone else on the server. I just stopped giving a **** myself and started lashing back as have many others. Basically why exactly don't you assign specific people to specific server groups in order to monitor them and insure these things don't occur? I mean a dedicated GM team could manage multiple servers pretty effortlessly.Malevolent Threats posed against your players -
Server Merge/Development -
You're obviously having trouble with one of two things, servers staying active or server overload. I know for a fact from the discussions on the forums, and my own server, that it's definitely not the latter. Every time you open a new server it gets flooded and an old server dies. There's a reason that continues to occur, you've not developed enough ways for each player to be competitive and enjoy their gameplay, whether pvp or pve it doesn't matter. Here's my suggestion to help with this, stop creating new servers and develop the ones you have currently, forget fixing the text issues they're not going anywhere and they obviously aren't messing anyone up or you'd be hearing more about it. When I see Typo's Fixed or Lots of /many typo's fixed I feel that you're including filler information in the update, as they really dont matter in the least but you want it to look like you've done a little more than you actually have.Server Specific -
Why not make everything server specific, put active GM's on each server and run weekly events, or even daily, based on what the popular consensus is, or if that would prove too difficult then how about grouping servers together for events based on their up time, ie: When they were started with little mini events in for the new players. It would allow you to isolate the demand and actually allow you to supply something that the players can appreciate. It only seems reasonable to me, especially with the outstanding number of people who would be capable and willing to help oversee this task. Item Related
Alright so we all know how much of a pain in the bum it is in order to level certain items or pieces of the game, ie: soul, wings after a certain level, mounts, etc. I know it's not supposed to be an easy task and you have to make your money somewhere I guess however I'm tired of being at a stand still on my wings because I refuse to purchase more items from you guys and you're not running the events that would provide the required items. You need to incorporate a more user friendly environment which doesn't require waiting months in order for you to do an event that will allow me to upgrade and progress further. I don't think I'm alone in this either as I have heard on numerous occasions players complaining about this. Serious suggestion(Think about it):

PvP Related Issues
Okay so we know theres a bug in the system and you're already on ti for Avernal, it's much appreciated. However the two new PvP events are still weak in what we're looking for, actual combat would be nice. In one of the new events you can't even use your personal skills and the other you don't have the option to actually fight, it's basically a who hits the hardest meter.Seriously?! ***?? It's nice for the honor gained and the rewards as well, however why not put a system together where it's 24/7 pvp? Suggestion:

Lag Issues
With all of the merging you're doing I'm noticing a substantial amount of complaints about lag, I myself haven't had too much trouble, though the occasional spike does occur, but I would definitely suggest getting on this situation asap. If you overloaded a server split it off and allow for the players to play, lag issues can ruin a game completely and I feel this should be your primary concern right now.I'll post back with more again later hopefully this gets some attention.
