    I'm getting this message at payment process
    "We're sorry, but the merchant does not accept multiple payments against the same order.

    Please restart your order.
    "

    what does it mean ?

    It happened to me once. i filed a ticket and they said a payment is already in process i have to cancel it first then make a new one. since i didn't know how to do that i filed another ticket asking them to do it for me. i suggest you do the same.
