[Suggestion]Vault Password And Character Password.

1:I suggest vault password.It may increase acccount security.If you don't know someone using your account/character they may not open the vault if it has vault password.I suggest this for security of a character vault.
2:Second suggestion is about chracter lock that can't be changed easily by putting email verification.This can increase character security.

I liked the idea of the Vault password in-case your character gets hacked.
