when im in a dungeons i may run out of potions or my weapon needs to be fixed. there need to be shops in dungeons.

Purgatory already has a shop show up randomly in it (it doesn't sell anything, but you can fix gear and sell loot). Look on the platform on the left, between the 2 paths. When the NPC shows up he is there.
