The other day I bought some crystals but they went to another account I have and I dont know why did this happen. Because of this I would like to ask you if you could make a button which allows you to switch crystal between accounts. This would be much better in case of a problem like the one I said before.

The crystals were sent to the character that is named when the purchase was made. The only way for you to transfer the crystals is to gift the items you want to a different character from a different account and then trade it to your main character. We also regret to inform you that transferring crystals as a feature is not possible as there are ways to obtain free crystals by doing offers and players may abuse/exploit it if that happens.
