is there any way a event ( 1 day) wich allows 1 char to give a nother char crystal but a limited amount so people can not abuse this pleas

Your question was already answered by a GM. The answer was:

We also regret to inform you that transferring crystals as a feature is not possible as there are ways to obtain free crystals by doing offers and players may abuse/exploit it if that happens.

In other words, there is no way, at all, ever.

If you wish to give another character crystals, you may purchase crystals for that character as a gift, but you cannot transfer crystals to any other character unless you use those crystals to purchase items in the item shop and trade them to the character or gift the character directly through the item shop.
