Just loot any items/equipments that drop and sell to any NPC. You will usually get a few Silvers and Coppers.
If you earned coppers after killing monsters I can see it easily exploitable.Helpful Links

Yeah maps full of alts just killing mobs for get some money. Could u imagine the lag? o.O or even worst...
