What do you think about giving the assistant GM the ability to activate 2X xp(guild) as well as the GM? and to offset one activating it and the other not being able to, add one extra activation and make it to where each can only do it once a day. (but both cant be activated at the same time) So if the GM is absent the AGMs can still get the bonus xp for themselves and their members?
