Issues with Leveler Packs

Hey. I get leveler packs when I level up, but when I use them nothing comes up. I don't get any of the stuff that I'm supposed to get. Can you help me please?

No. It gives me nothing at all. (Sorry for having to put it here but the computer blocked me from responding.)

When you hover over the pack, it should indicate that you will only get one time from the list. Is this the issue you are having?
