In all honesty,

If people are working their ribbit off to go and collect all those shards to make themselves better gear, they sould get their gear when they craft the item, not have a huge ribbit chance of it failing and having wasted hours collecting shards for sweet **** all.

in fact thats a large issue with alot of things in this game, nothing seems to craft,hatch or upgrade like it sould be.

I do agree that the item sythizsing is retarded that the success rate is dumb. I even failed to make a Heart of Eden and there is a 85% rate on it.
