I would like to suggest a 2nd time for this event. For all we know, not just Americans play this game. Other countries as well like Philippines. With a 12-hr interval for the 2nd Scramble will be nice, in our server for instance, Scramble Event is 5am in the morning which is hard for us to try that event. Most server has Pinoy Guilds around, with this, it can help us to get the Beast Food that we can get from the Guild Boss and have good progress with the guild itself.
I hope r2 can consider this suggestion.

For all we know, R2 is an american time-based company, and CS only is licensed to hold events between certain times. (first GR till reset). outside those times, no event can be held according to thusfar mentioned rules.

With all your respect, if this really is an american base game. don't you think thinking other players who are oppose to American time gets a consideration over this matter? As far as what i think it is, not only cashers are the one's who makes this game more lively as it is. And I do know that Filipino invaded this game with mass of players over entire game(server), so with just this consideration, I just hope that they think something about it because this event is a guild advancement, not just 1 player will benefit from it.

I don't. Crystal Saga has version in Asian timezone, European timezone and American timezone. Players who are really unable to cope with American timezones can go to a different version with their respective company.

Probably because of this, R2 can't hold events outside American timezone because it'd make the other versions obsolete (if they weren't more advanced).

The time zones have NOTHING to do with consideration to players. R2 has a licence to HOST the game for the US. That is why all time zones are in the US, that is why they can only add events at certain times, and that is why it seems that they never add event times that work for other players. It is because they CANNOT! They would if they could, because the more players that are happy the more likely those happy players are going to cash. They are under contract, and just because there is a large number of people outside of the US that play this version of the game on R2 servers does not mean that they can make events in time zones that work for you. Sorry but it is true. They are not going to violate their contract to please players, even if those players make up a large amount of their player base.
