Event/Daily time

Can you change the time of some event cause it conflicts the other event... like the Guild Resources time 20:00-21:00 it conflict to the event 20:30 survival fittest... and i just noticed it some of the event time are favors who lives in western, unlike us lives in asia... event time always starting at evevening,midnight and early morning. which affect our social life style..
why not to put some of the event after reset or atleast put some 00:00 - 8:00 server time. thank you

choosing one chair is a virtue,,, cs is us version therefore events are held in western time,,, you can find asian version if you want
