newbie's are having a hard time earning silvers.. cuz of easy kill by scions and quick seng wins due to mass scion player on one side

but either way its two sided: yes people would have an easier time but then theres not as much of a challenge...plus if you join later you have an equal chance getting on the team with the scions as with getting on the opposite team. its all chance
