offline exp changes

i think it would be a good idea if there where some changes to the offline exp claiming.
for example if u have 24 hrs offline exp to claim u need to have 24 offline exp tokins but if u only have 10 offline exp tokins there there should be a way to only claim the 10 hrs and the other 14 hrs stays available til u log off again

i got 2x 2x offline tokens from an event then i logged off 2h intentionally only to use it lol

i like the idea. only being able to get what is on there really jips a lot of people out of some very good xp.
