  • Anti-Mage and Rogues

    I'm a lv100 scion mage so forgive me if I'm bring bias in anyway but i think its unfair to have a class(rangers, anti-mage) that has skills that are used to hunt and especially kill mages and priests. I though all the classes should be equal and stand equal chances but the skills the anti-mage posses is directly used for any1 and anything that uses int as there dmg. I stand equal to priests, tanks and nature rangers the rogue is a matter left said for latter. Although i understand the anti-mage is not only for killing mages and priest and that it also deals with dungeons and mobs im just implying that the skills put huge advantages over the priest and mage class so a skill in the future to help us mages and priest dealing with the anti-mage would be a great help. The other class is rogues speaking for mages they are a pain and from being in sengolia the other classes except tanks have a certain problem since we all face the same issue. Rogues have stealth, stun, high dps, high crits, and once they get a good eq high dmg. There are certainly other classes with stun but the rogues have stealth which gives them the advantage and i have used a rogue before so i know i can stun u atleast 2 times before u can actually start hitting back so putting 2 stuns with the high dps, crit and dmg its hard the advantage they get is well far over the other classes, the tanks r the best class to deal with them since they have high def and hp and yes i have taken into factor that all other classes have aoe and/or traps but I'm in a pvp server u cant just run around aoeing and setting traps everywhere u walk, thats a waste of mana and time since there is nothing to say that there is a rogue going to atk u so u could be doing it for nothing. It is debatable that rogues r the strongest class in the game only really needing to fear the tanks that can withstand there stealth stuns combo without taking too much dmg, so im asking r2 to plz put back there classes in line.

      Anti-mage has a Silence-skill that only works on casters and you're still able to walk and 15% mag reduction, mages have a full-on AoE-stun and 20% phys reduction...anything else? By asking them to be put in line that means you'd loose your stun or anti-mage gets one.

        I dont agree with the Anti Mages opinion.. just for simple fact that they can be good ONLY against magic classes , other than Anti Mages SUCK against any other class... But as far for rogues yea.. i agree with that.. is really annoying you get attacked they stealth they come back atack u they stealh again.. and even when u attack them they can stealth again under being attacked .. thats the thing they should change about rogues ..once theyre getting attacked to not be able to stealth again..

          And Scion Skill what increases your PATK and reduces enemy's MATK by 20%.

            as long as i catch a rouge in a curse before he gets to me its fine cuz i usually 2-3 hit them xD anti mages u need to use goddess embrace soon as u see one if u have GE at lv 5 it should give u 7 seconds immunity to the AM archers silences traps etc but this still doesnt really even it out when it comes to rouges in seng a noob rouge can kill me real fast my only hope is surviving the stuns and when its over curse the rouge and run away while cursing him some more then heal myself and keep kiting him but thats only if i can survive the damage..this is coming from a priest point of view and also in seng only because outside of seng you could have a teeka out at all times to charm the rouge the second he stuns you giving you some time to stay alive and get the upper hand theres many factors to pvp that can make it "fair" but get all 5 classes lv 100 scion with slayer set same mount same pet and everything and rouge will be overpowered priest will be weakest simple as that they need to just be nerfed a bit and us priest fix our blood tree

                running from an anti-mage is near impossible especially when u were already engaged in atk with him, he has the longest range by far in the game sometimes im getting hit by rangers and i can't even see them on my screen yet(~) because of the auto aim so if u get silence u will die if u go up against a anti-mage with the same eq as you and yes they do also have a skill that lower mages/priests matk and increase there patk so the 20% phys reduction is nullified as for the stun which last 3.5s and how long does their silence last for 4-6s(can't remember) and yes they kill other classes easily since they have the highest crit in the game and come on really why name a class mage and then name one anti-mage and say every class is equal atleast name it something else other than anti-mage

                  Id like to state, Anti mage does not have the highest crit in the game. A rouge does in both %age and damage multiplier the reason most of the anti mage attacks deal damage is due to the cool downs. Strong shot can easily inflict a massive 140k in seng ( im nature and i still deal that much) However- This is normally OUT WALKED by other players unless i can slow and trap them to the spot. The anti mage class is also as far as i can tell beaten up by meteor from Mages. If you are going to complain about the Anti magers perhaps consider nerfing some other things. A maxxed Dragon hook will reach the ranger from max range, so that comment is rather outdated. A preist can heal andbuff themselves this might not end the fight but it helps reduce the debuff from the anti mage. Also the mage has a stun which comes into play on being hit im not sure of the chances but range need not apply to this. The game is pretty okay in that sense.

                        GM should disable stealth for rogue once they're in battle

                            right? rangers who can lay traps r far more annoying. take stealth from a rogue and the rogue is pointless. unless the soul is pimped rogue deffs r next to none.altho anyone who has the patience to use the priest as their main god bless? priest is a support toon not meant to be a main. knights have it made altho slow to lvl. mages? r cute with those lil dog/cat ears and the tail about it. until u play every toon to the full extent u dont really have the right to complain.

                              Blah Mada is OP, one of the strongest ranger if not the strongest in S1, I dont expect him to be feeling ant of what other normal ppl are feeling. And taking away rogue stealth wouldn't make him a rogue just paper running around but atleast make it be able to see there footprints if your paying attention are even have skill are items that can be placed in a spot where if they run to close to it you are able to c them.
