Very Creepy Starglade for Halloween

During Halloween event...I suggest to make Starglade a bit scary....night will fall in starglade and there will be many pumpkin head or what ever they are called ...I was suggesting to completely change the environment of Starglade during the event....

I'd like to see swarms of bats too! And coffin-lined streets with spider webs and spooky bushes! Candles and will-o-the-whisps floating about town!
