Suggestion on "Show me your soul" event

I believe that this event should become permanent, such as the "Flying High" Events and the "Pet/Mount Extravaganza" Events. It ties in being rewarded for upgrading, in example you upgraded a bear to a gorilla, here are some gmuts so you can try for a gryphon, or being rewarded for putting in hard work to achieve higher levels of wings. I hope that a GM or Mod sees this and suggests it, after all, you have three other similar events for upgrading things, why not soul?

Or lets keep it not permanent, hope it comes back, and we'll be able to claim all rewards all over again? Those example events have been used before, now permanent: we had 2 chances to claim rewards, but now it's permanent you know it's the last time as well.

I like this idea. Reward's aren't the greatest but still its a way to get some soul shards...

I've thrown around the word sensibility fairly often, here it fits most especially, I agree that making the Event permanent is a good idea. After all, it's extremely hard to abuse, Soul Shards are not something one can trade after all, and it does take real work even with alts to acquire each reward. Also, it would require the accounts to at least reach level 30 as that is the beginning of the central Spirit of Ice node, the other nodes would require higher levels to fully unlock as the level requirements for each grows as they are upgraded.

I'd say this idea is definitely worth it.

It's not really any different than people creating PC Farmer alts to pour PC's onto their mains in bulk.. This however makes them actually work, as to properly get the full benefit for one's main to reap all rewards they must first use all alt PC's and such on those accounts, the only real bonus benefit the main accounts would get would be extra PC's.

It's smart, sensible, and can't be as easily "abused" as Pets, Mounts, and Wings can as it requires players to actually think and strategize their approach to this for maximum efficiency.

GM's, you've no doubt looked at the Original Post of this thread, you've found your next great idea, it's up to you guys now.
