Treasure Crystal/Wardrobe: Costumes o' Plenty

Suggestion:


Packs that are available for purchase that contain 10-100 costume sets in a box that when used releases a costume set that's trade able of certain type, until fully consumed and either vanishes or can be refreshed with crystal
This is to reduce the space needed by cashers who like to buy and sell or gift clothes but might want to store them for certain times or the right people
Also to give access to unique costumes at more variety of time of year because of players sharing in the markets more or between friends

Approach crystals and access which ones have spawners for outfits and storage

the name picked for this is just a general name to get the concept out there, would actually like to see customized packs orientated to the type of costume if possible.

if something like that and this is ever done a combination would be nice. something similar to this but all nifty+designed for costume show

or instead of giving a single type of male or female costume upon opening.
how about a master box that spawns the perfect trade accepted present which once the secondary user opens then adjusts to either male or female. thus giving everyone more freedom in selling or gifting and people more receptive of said wares or gifts. similar to a Matryoshka doll

the costumes wouldn't vanish, was in reference to the pack once its expired/totally consumed= useless object if can't restore it to full capacity again. it would be awesome if it stayed and could refresh the box i.e get more costumes= get box of 10 and give them to friends- realize you have more then 10 friends who need a costume and reset box= attaining more costumes when feel ready to be generous or help the market

You know what would be very awesome? If the costumes that you've worn not being labeled with "bound" and still purchasable with other players

suggest this cause always see people asking if anyone's selling costume sets for stuff recently ended or a couple months. and think it would be near impossible a casher with bunch of items will be storing a item that takes up multiple spaces per outfit just to sell a few months down the road. personally have a few costumes saved for my spouse. that takes up a bit of room an that's just a few pieces of diff costumes for one person. cashers tend to sell to many people. maybe even a discounted price on the pack or chance of double a set would be cool too

true but will still face the same issue even with a costume vault or extra inv &vault&costume vault. so many items. >_<
Unless the costume vault was a special type of costume vault, meaning once unlock the slot for a specific costume you can in a way stack more then one of same outfit on it(bound &non bound section). like if were to be looking at a clothing rack and have a section for specific sets. tab between the sets or view all at once and pull out when needed

if costume vault like that isn't possible really but a costume vault is. the costume vault would be nice, then this as well. since even with adequate storage for ones-self's attire - if selling or gifting costumes those spaces will get eaten 2-10+ times as fast

who knows if they do the costume packs could help pave the way for better understanding &capability to offer a cheaper item for this suggestion

to go in conjunction with the extra space if could be done or to make better use of all the space possible already.

if were to buy 10 costumes to sell, would take up 20 spaces. each costume set- considering the demand for a variety of costumes at different times when out, would be impossible to store a decent amount of each costume which players could sell or give to other players. otherwise that's a lot of alts needed for storage. then might lose track of which alts have what. think would be good change also for the people who tend to lose outfits etc. if happen to lose or misplace/sell one somehow on accident you have extra of a item that can't be restored by R2 for losses or bought during a time its not sold.
would start seeing a lot more of the player base outfitted with outfits or a variety of them and a desire to see more outfits then the ones players can generate on demand. + there's nothing better then being able to have something special ordered on demand out of season. that's usually a nice perk

have the packs featured at a specific time/s of year& keep them in shop for a while so people can buy the renewable packs as part of new year etc

All I can say is R2 hasn't really done any real editing into CS, other then some certain unique quest and maybe 1-2 events. So odds are if it doesn't exist in other CS, it probably won't exist here. Kinda like Dylz believing he got r2 to make a "Wanted" section in item shop.

never hurts to try ;p some changes ya prob harder to accomplish &prob wont be done if its far from the games orig course. on the off chance that if it was to happen, what would opinion of it be?

glad you like the concept, if they did a costume vault it would be awesome to have a place specifically for this box of each type of costume and a single set of bound of each costume. kinda like how the wings upgrade menu looks but all spiffy &specifically for costumes

I'd be for it, some stuff like gems and earth soul orbs deserve their own inventory pack. I've seen in it other MMOs where there are inventory within an inventory so those tend to be good in inventory management.

yes, just to show desired concept style, not req that specifically- since that would kinda be boring. I'd be more interested in what R2 can come up with if it was done -with their own flair.

Nice, ya that's what stirred up my thoughts on it before posting- have seen similar done in other places and people loved it. D&D+think possibly neverwinter nights too(rendered version of d&d) has a bag of holding, that was epic to have
