The icon "Monster Handbook" needs to be moved in the right side because it blocks the some of the emoticons. Or is my windows is the problem, does it needs adjustments on the resolution or in the browser settings?

Try ajusting the resolution to make the screen bigger, its not near the emoticons button for me.

i have the same issue, and ive changed my resolution to make everything fit. (i was unable to see the 2 red spheres at the bottom right and left of the screen) but not the monster handbook is blocking the emos... not rly a big deal i dont use them very often... but i think if u have a widescreen monitor then your problem will correct itself (i dont have one, so behind the times)
