Costume Set Effects addition

There should be an unique stat bonus for each different clothing set.

Sure the looks is one way to get the costume but even a unique stat that other clothes don't have should be added too.

Like Wedding set gives a bonus +7% luck, beach sets give 10% move speed, etc.

Otherwise it's just a different look, same stat bonus for all cash clothes.

Special stances? If we are taking suggestions, I would like to add that whenever someone in beach clothes rides a mount... they surf it! Motosurf.... wait... I mean Lizardsurf! lol
