most mods that i know of play or have played the game before. the only ones that dont really play are the game masters, and even some of them do too(in their spare time) :P Or are you referring to in-game?

i think he means visible mods in the game :0 when i used to play phantasy star universe there were always mods running around. but what would they do in this game? everything is set or controlled by us...

Personally the best mods are the ones who do play. After all if they didnt play how could they truely understand when we have an issue?

I feel this actually one of the biggest problems when it comes to the support people. I dont think any of them truely play so they have no clue what we are talking about when we submit a ticket...I cant help you with say ~ learning how to swim ~ if I myself have never set foot in the water.

So my opinion as far as Player/moderators ~ I feel they are awesome.

not neccesarily i think the good mods in my opinion are the ones who don't play yet at the same time if they do play they spend their own time observering.watching players and in game no mod is a good mod if they abuse there powers and too many are also a bad thing. Moderation.control and Order

I've seen a Forum Mod in a guild called TheTrolls and that didn't work out so well.

There is nothing wrong with Trolls...its just a name. We happen to have a lot of fun and know party....the fact that we kick butt and rule LG is just secondary.
