Bound Items and Items that you cant put in vault

After a time BOUND ITEMS take up a lot of space and eventually you have to just dump them therefore you get nothing for them perhaps once a month there could be a Bound Item trade in day say 10 Bound Items for 1 unbound item. also in Training ground 121 lvl players cant go in and more quests need to be made available to us over lvl 121

Trade all the unbound items to an alt and Vault them or keep them in your inventory for when its needed, That should save enough room for the bound items.
