Just a simple sort of suggestion, Auto broadcasting function for the gm and agm on the guild chat channel since not many actually read the announcement everyday.

My suggestion : Make them appear on the world chat as well, but with striking and different color than others (Look at the "new update" announcement which uses red color, makes it hard to differentiate with other announcement), that way they won't be easily ignored and players can easily take notice of them
