In my honest opinion, this is both practical and impractical

Practicalities:
Helps non-cashers by opening up the fate shop to them forthings other than coupons
Allows for extra purchases to be made forboth cashers and non-cashers alike

Impracticalities:
Gives cashers more of an advantage than their non-cashing counter-parts to help buy more items they need for less.

Albiet thats the only drawback,its still a great suggestion in its own right. Keepup the good work, and keep making those great suggestions as well!
