IOB freezes loading every time does any1 else have this problem

IOB freezes at 85 % does anyone else have this problem? I try again everyday and still the same happens Is it because Connection is slow?

Its probably because of all the players rushing to go in it lags and freezes. Do you still get the packs if you afk like that then relog when its done??
