improvements for better game play

Ok so there are many things that can be done to improve game play, here is what i came up with.
1. Improve servers. New content is being added and lag has gotten worse. I'd rather be off cs for a week and have the servers upgraded then deal with the horrible lag.

2. Zodiac quest still glitched have to refresh to turn in.

3. Lvl 130 and 140 skills been bugged since cap came out.

4. Lvl 121+ quest drops are far too low. Ppl in my guild have waited days to lvl cuz of needing the different orders. Raise drop rate by like 20%

5. Sorry to say but customer service has been lacking. Shouldn't have to wait 2-3days for a response to a ticket

2-3 days for a ticket response? wow, you must be lucky.
Most people I know have to wait far longer.

But they won't improve this game anymore. Even GM Tim, who promised to post their progress on bug fixes, didn't post anything.
Therefor, they ain't doing anything ;D

If your ticket is unanswered for 2 days post the ticket number in the forums.

Lol 2 days? I reported a bug and each response took over 5 days and after I got no response for 7 days I told them to close the ticket because I was tired of them wasting my time. Nobody here earns their paycheck right, they don't work hard enough for it.

Anyone who doesn't receive a reply to their tickets within a maximum duration of 6 hours should PM me with their Ticket Numbers. I will try my best to resolve the issue but will not promise 100% satisfaction to every player.

I'm still waiting on priest skills to be fixed. how come all DPS skills have been fixed lvl 130 and 140 yet priest and knight ones haven't??

I'd like to point out Forum Rule #10 is outdated. They've already written they are Hong Kong Company now and not in the US. Please tell them to update that info as pointed in #13.
