Mmmm ur obviously new to this game right
let me tell u new maps / location only come if there is high level increase and recently the heavenly isle is up for lvl75+ so that's a new map to enter just hit lvl 75 and rush to the ladder guardian and enter the new map but if ur talking about more instance then that's a different story cause then u have a valid point but although 5 instance is more than enough but aurora point and bloodfang village doesn't have l4 and l5 it only has l1 to l3.
