yeah so like the servers that are merged with s22,s23,s27,s12,s14 and 1 other most people are in iob and they don't have a counter anymore well a few others do so were not getting any packs this is your guyses problem and we all expect it to be fixed immediantly if your going to have a game you have to keep maitnence up for it

There is a bug that is being looked into where the counter disappears and no more packs are awarded, thank you for your time it is being looked into and its been happening for about a week or two so it may not

Other servers have had the same issue and it's been reported for a while now but who knows if it'll ever get fixed.
