Suggestion for ignore feature

If possible, make it so if someone's ignored, anything they say in local chat (Read: text bubbles) can't be read. Alot of good it does if the ignored person can find a person in a map and trash talk them in local chat where sure, it doesn't appear in the chat window, but what they're saying is still visible. Some places only have one line, like say guessing game, for example. people sit there for the torches for 15 min, and who wants to keep moving around to avoid a person they have on ignore to avoid chat bubbles?
