Spouse Chat

I'm sure I'm not the only one that finds this obnoxious when you want to talk to your partner and you either have to get in party with them, which makes doing dungeons inconvenient, or you have to whisper them. Instead of the useless channel that is only used for spamming anyway, why not make this tab a spouse chat? This way two partners can talk to each other without it interfering with their game play.
